Yesterday Calvin had his monthly screening for August. He had blood tests performed at the CHOP oncology clinic in King of Prussia. He continues to be cancer-free, but his blood counts are a bit "off" & despite our hopes to spread things out a bit, we will continue to monitor him monthly. His next appointment is September 16th.

In much more exciting news, Erinsdream.org went "live" today! I am so excited to make this a wonderful resource for our Erin's Dream project. The response has been great so far. Please send us any messages of encouragement and criticism about our website. We want to make it as user-friendly as possible. It is a work in progress. Thank you for your help & encouragement already on this, our first day out in the great wide world of cyberspace!

This Sunday we have a fundraising event that is starting at the farmhouse & site of Erin's Dream. Along with another local organization, "For the Love of Donna Foundation" we are holding a Motorcycle Ride. If you're a rider, or if you would just like to come out & meet some of us & lend a hand, we will be at the house on Gravel Pike starting around 10 a.m. The riders will be leaving at 11 and returning around 12:30 for a picnic lunch. The cost is $25/bike & we will be holding the event, rain or shine. We are hoping that the day is fun & we look forward to meeting some new friends. Email us at events@erinsdream.org with any questions. We're always open to fundraising suggestions as well. We are truly hoping to make our fundraising events THE events to attend in our community.

Every once in awhile I stop by your facebook page to check in.  My heartiest CONGRATULATIONS on the website and all that went into the .org certification.  And I think I'm busy....I'd love to know more about the farm house project - specifically family history (maternal grandparents?) AND exactly where it is.

Please give your Dad a hug from CUZZZZ.  Sorry I didn't get to spend any time with YOU at Aunt Peg's birthday party.

All the best to you and yours,
Deb
